interchangeability

HI all!

I have a 97 outback and am wondering how far interchangeability goes? I have access to a 2000 WRX STI complete but rolled, and am wondering if the complete driveline and suspension can be swapped with minimal mods. Is it mostly a bolt on situation or are the chassis different in 2000?
