Happy

One thing about anime is that it always tends to pick me up from a bad mood no matter how insane my day was. It's the one guilty pleasure of mine that I always indulge in whenever I'm a bit down. Too bad it gets expensive buying them without any reviews of what's out there though...

Great Teacher Onizuka ended up putting a smile on my face just recently. Great anime.

Re: Happy

I like to rent old VHS anime from the video store, especially because at the one by me they've been 2 for 1 rentals since I got into anime. At first I rented the DBZ movie with Janemba, subbed. Goku's voice is funny isn't it? Then I picked up Ninja Scroll, Ninja Cadets, Yu Yu Hakusho movies, You-Gen-Kai-Sya, which I have to say is an awesome but short show, and ooh I got El Hazard and Martian Successor Nadesico from them too...what else, Devilman 1 and 2 OAVs, which kinda sucked. My point is that you get really happy when you see stuff that's rare, and prized.

Re: Happy

Trigun is an anime that always seems to pick me up... unless it's one of the depressing episodes like "Paradise"

Re: Happy

Yup, watching anime always makes me happy. I really love it when the characters are drawn chibi mode.
