Whats the punchiest powertrains in lumina's

So these are the engine's, they even made a police Lumina but don't know what years and engine's. At 3370 lbs it can sprint, these 4 cylinder midsize family sedan weigh almost the same.

I actually just bought a '99 Lumina 9c6 ex cop car package which was bought new by FDNY with 8 miles on it, said so on title! Has a rebuilt tranny and the 3.8 with 200 & 225 tq. I was able to smoke a 3.0 Maxima from a light and hold it untill I let off. I'd say that's punchy.
