Labor Costs Intake Gaskets

What kind of time is allowed for intake gasket replacement on a 2000 Montana. Starting to look like mine might need replaced not sure yet. Only symptom is a small coolant leak still checking. But I was wondering about the cost. It would be a private shop about $75.00 and hour plus parts or I would do it myself. Trying to determine which would be better 130,000 never been apart yet. Thanks

most shops would charge at least $600.00 to do the intake gaskets. you want to get the improved intake gaskets and these come with new intake bolts.if you do it yourself expect it to take you around three days. alot of stuff has to come off and go back on.
