Re: OEM tire size
camaros and trans am came with 245/50 r16 im not sure about what the v6 bought but i know that up front you can put 225/50 or 225/55 r16 and they will look good and help you steer the car

Re: OEM tire size
Stock sizes from the factory were 235/50/16 or you could get the 245/50/16 option. And sizes are the same front and rear. The only chevy car that comes with staggered wheel sizes that I can think of is the corvette.

Re: OEM tire size
to late you inattentive punks! j/k...the enxt morning, i ended up buying a 245/50/r16.. after piecing together many different sites and forming an educated conclusion. after getting to my car, i realized that the size was, like poor said, 235/50/16...so.. i have an awkward wheel for the next day until i get another to match the axel.

Re: OEM tire size
Akward wheel? The only difference in the tires is the diameter, and they should both fit on the same wheel...maybe I just don't get it.
