p0606 code 04 Envoy 4.2 Liter

While driving this evening with the radio, headlights, front wipers, rear wiper, defrost and a spot light shining the car stalled as I coasted along a road.
Turned everything off and tried to start the engine without success at first, then it did start a couple of minutes later.
Went to Autozone - Good Guys there and a great service to read the codes, the read a P0606 code that translates to:
ECM processor error
Explanation:
ECM detected an internal fault
Probable Causes:
1.-Failed ECM

I've been looking around for this code and occurance but have not found anything concrete.

Can you help guide me?

Thanks!

Re: p0606 code 04 Envoy 4.2 Liter

On rare occasions, a SES light and a Reduced Engine Power Message may be experienced due a DTC P0606 DTC. This may be due to the software and calibration not being optimum for all driving conditions. If a Reduced Engine Power Message is not present right now and the P0606 is just a history DTC, reprogram the PCM with the latest calibrations. If the P0606 is resetting, perform the P0606 diagnosis.if reprogramming does not fix it,replace the ecm.
