88 PA opera lamps

Both opera lamps have gone out on my 88 park avenue....apparently this isnt a bulb that can be replaced the entire unit must be replaced, does anyone know if there is an aftermarket replacement?? i dont even want to imagine what dealer cost is on one of these, if they even still make these. Not really a big problem but the car is still in pristine condition and i personally think the lights add a lil class to it, kinda sad they quit working any info appreciated..thanks all
