Xsara cutting out
Had my 98 1.6sx xsara for 5 years and in all that time it has a cutting out problem which local garages can't seem to sort out.
It will sporadically just cut out as im changing down a gear,putting my foot on the clutch,or slowing to a stop, basically anytime i put my foot on the clutch i might cut out ,or generally at the worst possible moment.
It doesn't happen when automatic choke is on, but it does happen far more often the colder the weather is, in fact it hardly does it at all during the summer but is a nightmare to drive during the winter.
No warning just dead but starts straight away.
Anyone any ideas as its getting cold again?
