95 GEO Tracker 16valve EFI main relay fuse keeps blowing when vehicle moves only

The Electrical Fuel Injection Main Relay fuse keeps blowing when the vehicle is moving only, not while sitting still. I have had low idle prior to this, and having the fan motor on kept the idle up w/o stalling. The 15 amp fuse is #14 in the interior fuse block. Does anyone have any clues to why this is happening? Also, where can I locate the main relay to troubleshoot? The fuel pump relay checked out good. UPDATE: I tried a 25amp fuse, shook the heck out of the tracker and it blew that fuse. It is apparent that I have a bad wire. I also have an electrical print from AllData Online, but I'm not sure where to begin to check for the bad wire. Has anyone experienced a problem like this? If so, please give me some advise. Thanks.
