anyone know the width of the steering shaft?

its a DD shaft but not sure if its 1" or 3/4"?

anyone able to measure? i need to order a new UV joint and i am 700 miles from my car.

It is a 3/4" DD. Get the stainless one, the regular ones rust. Summit # BRG-114349
The steel number is BRG-014949

The numbers above are DD shaft on both ends used as an intermediate joint. The joints on the rack and steering wheel shaft are DD on one end and splined on the other.
