New Throttle Body, now transmission shifts weird

I replaced my throttle body on my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L with a bored 62mm throttle body. It works great. I get better gas mileage and definitely more horsepower and torque. But now my transmission shifts funny between 1st and 2nd gears during normal acceleration. When shifting from 1st to 2nd gears during normal conditions, the time it takes to shift is longer. When it does shift, you can definitely feel it go into 2nd gear. It doesn't bang or anything like, but the shifting is more noticeable. However, if I hammer the accelerator, the Jeep shifts fantastic and boy does it move. So I don't know if I did something wrong when installing the new throttle body or not. I get no CEL at all. So if someone could help me, that would be great. The only other aftermarket parts I have on the Jeep is a new Gibson Exhaust Manifold, a Magnaflow Catalytic Converter, and a Flowmaster Delta 44 Series Muffler. I never had any problems with the transmission until now. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Re: New Throttle Body, now transmission shifts weird

I figured it out. Had to adjust the transmission cable on the throttle body. If anyone else decides to put on a bored throttle body you may have to do this also. I adjusted mine only 2 clicks in and it did the trick.
