2001 Door Locks flicker (lock/unlock 4 times)

This is new as of last week.
I started the van and the door locks flickered like lock-unlock-lock-unlock very fast. Had a trouble-picture on the dash of a padlock.
Next, passenger power window didn't work for 3 days, then magically fixed itself.
Next passenger power sliding door stopped working, fixed itself after 10 minutes (it's done this before but only at -30C which is fine, it is summer now)
Then the starter made a screeching sound for my wife (i didn't get to hear it).
So seemingly unrelated electrical flakiness. Could this be the Ground I read about in these forums?
Any advise where to look is appreciated..

I have experience these very same issues on an intermittent basis. Are there any solutions for these issues.

We have also had these problems with our 2001.
And now as you can read in my post...our rear ac has quit and blows hot air out!

this could as simple as a dirty /corroded/loose battery terminal.usually the ground bolt will make the lights flicker
