Right side of the engine, under the power steering pump

Re: Oil Pressure Sensor Location

Thank you. Would I have better luck getting to it from the top or from underneath?

Re: Oil Pressure Sensor Location

From underneath- or perhaps through wheel opening- it is right next to and above the oil filter base- like most all oil pressure sensors.

Re: Oil Pressure Sensor Location

Thanks for the help so far. I was able to locate a sensor/switch of some type on the front side of the oil pan diretly oposite from the drain plug. Is this the oil pressure sensor? I am assuming if I remove this oil will drain out. Is this true?

Thanks again.

Re: Oil Pressure Sensor Location

I don't think that's it. That should be the oil level sensor and yes the oil will drain out.

Re: Oil Pressure Sensor Location

Thanks. But now, where is the oil pressure sensor? And when I find it can it be removed without oil coming out?
