P0341---'01 SC1 1.9L SOHC Manual

I just got the code P0341 from my car. Camshaft Position Sensor Issue. Does anyone know of any remedies? I've read a little into it and found that the spark plugs and wires could bring forth this code. I recently did a tune up, but I believe I put in A/C Delco Platinums. Could that be the issue? Thanks!

Some platinum plugs can cause problems with Saturn's wasted spark ignition configuration. I'd start by putting in standard copper plugs. Another cause of this code could be poor grounding under the coil packs and or ignition module. The module is sandwiched between the coil packs and transmission. Also, check your plug wires where they connect to the coils. White crud is known the build up there and cause poor connection. Pay particular attention to the coil that fires number 4 cylinder. This is where the ecm gets it's 'cam sensor' reference as there is no cam position sensor on an S-series.
