Re: ignition wirers for alarm starter

yeah that may help if thats not installed it won't act right or not even start (like in your case) the immobilizer is there so no one can just get into your car as its warming up and drive off and if its not connecting and sending a signal through every thing it needs to it won't act right at all

Re: ignition wirers for alarm starter

Go to www.bulldogsecurity.com and look up the wiring info on your car. Double check your wiring and if it looks OK, put the VATS system back the way it was before you touched it, stick the key in the ignition then try to remote start it. If it works, your bypass is messed up.

Re: ignition wirers for alarm starter

Again if the bypass is messed up, it won't start with the remote starter. That's why you should put the system back to normal and try to remote start it while the ignition key is in the ignition. If it doesn't start then you'll have to double check your ignition wiring or remote starter programming.

Re: ignition wirers for alarm starter

What? The starter kill relay is only to disable the starter when the system is armed. Tell me, what brand unit is this???
