1988 Accord Carb Adjustments

So I got the fuel pump working again. (took it out and cleaned it, took a file and filed the eletrical ends that go inside the pump down. It works like a charm. Finally tested the engine since the rebuild and still had the same problem. Car will not idle. It will idle for maybe 20 seconds to a minute as you give it some gas but if you let go of the pedal it begins to cut off. If you press the pedal and give it power, it will run fine. So I decided to take the carb out and take a look, nothing looked broken or jammed, except I noticed this black turning thing (I assume its to adjust the RPM) was extremly loose to the point where I dont think it was having an affect on the carb. (that might spell my whole problem =S ) anyway there are also (correct me if im wrong, Dont know anything about carbs other than their function,) Three adjustment switchs. See imgs below.

The Two that I think are adjustments screw in.
The black one screws in and I think its the RPM one. (it was so lose it had no affect on the carb)

Mind you I can guarentee its not a vacuum leak or bad valve as I replaced them. My hands took plenty damage from doing that lmao.

If needed I can get better quality pictures but it may take time as the batterys on my cam are dead. (Had to use a T mobile wing to get these =S )

Any information regarding the adjustment of these things would be wondereous. You can also email me at [email protected] though I will be keeping a close watch on the forums.
