roughly what is the towing capacity of a 95 caprice with a 4.3L V8?

According to GM 2000lbs, that is what they rated all the electric fan 94-6 b-bodies at. The "tow package" with the LT1 on the b-body wagons and sedans was 5000lbs and included a mechanical fan(not important IMO), and the Fleetwood was available with the mechanical fan 3.42s and a 7000lbs rating.
