dying VR-4

soooo....ive been thinking i have this little spark blowout issue from higher boost. so i turn my boost down and wala
then as i was driving yesterday...my intercooler, battery and e-break light come on. they were all somewhat dim though, not the actual warning lights.
then today as i was coming home from arby's (the single best fast food joint), my car decides it doesnt like me much anymore

-the previous lights turned off and now the anti-lock and srs lights grace my cluster.

-my car decides when it wants to accelerate (if not slow down), regardless of how hard my foot is pressing on the pedal. not that it will go without giving it gas, but when given gas it holds at the same rpm as when the gas is pressed

-it studders (not spark plug/slight missfire studder) in all spectrums of the rpms

- whenever my blinker is on...my speedo needle and tach needly bounce up and down in sequence with my blinker. the speedometer goes from below 0mph- around 30mph, bouncing back and forth..regardless of speed.

-idle rpms are all over the place (not an IAC issue)

-finally as i lurch into my garage, i stop the car at idle to let it cool down, and it idles up, then idles down quickly, trying to keep itself alive around 300rpms-500rpms then just gives up and dies within around 5 seconds of letting sit.

my headlights still shine bright, and when im driving my EBC says my voltage is just fine.

im thinking the problem is electrical, but i just dont know anymore...
i appreciate any help.

Re: dying VR-4

psrt of your problem sounds like it might be the MAF...but i dont know why that would cause random warning lights.

An easy place to start anyways. Other than that, possibly ECU? but i dont know why that would throw an SRS or ABS light.

I;m sure others will have more insight.

Re: dying VR-4

If you want we could swap it for the stealth's MAF like we did on your SOHC and see if anything gets better. We will have to try that tomorrow or sometime soon! Right as I kind of get my car running yours craps out

Re: dying VR-4

Alternator is a possibility but I would think that your headlights would get dim when the RPM's dropped since that is generally a telltale sign of a bad alernator
