removing body on '78 continental

I'm try to pull the body off on my '78 continental and it's kicking my butt. I got 5 bolts out of the 10 I know of, the rest just turn the whole thing and I can only get to one side of the bolt. does anyone know any tricks short of cutting them off? that'll be plan B. same thing with the fuel tank.

well a little heat freed most of them but still had to cut 3 gonna weld the nuts when I put it back together so that won't happen again
