94 Regal 3.1 PASS-Key bypass instructions
Howdy group. My 94 Regal is acting up with the no-start condition again and the mechanic that is looking at it states that it is the PASS-Key II decoder module causing it ( Car starts and dies right away, fuel injection shuts off ) I believe he is right but he cannot reset the decoder so he wants me to tow the car to Buick so they can reset it.
I searched the forum and found a link for the bypass but it is a dead link. If any one knows where the instructions are i would appreciate it. Also, where is the decoder module located? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Well group, i decided to bring the vehicle to Buick who installed a new switch curing the situation and final cost was 390 dollars. Not bad considering all i would have gone through to replace it myself or try the bypass method. Thread closed.
