XM to Sirius converter in CTS

I'm planning to install the GM Sirius Connect SIRGM1 converter http://www.tss-radio.com/sirius-conn...gm1-p-228.html in my CTS because I just can't stand XM. I will be using the stock XM antenna and an antenna adapter such as http://www.tss-radio.com/sirius-sing...er-p-3883.html or http://www.tss-radio.com/sirius-dual...er-p-3910.html.

I started looking around under the dash but could not locate the factory XM unit. Does anyone know where it is located?

On a related note, what does it take to get in to the back of the stock radio? Does the trim around the front of the radio just pry off or is more difficult than that?

I just bought this car (06 CTS non-v) yesterday and I'm still in the process of learning all the where's and how's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
