Just unplug the radio and let it out about 10 min and then put it back,

Yes, I've tried that a couple of times but still only the three lights blinks (equalizer). I even tried disconnecting the battery for ten minutes or more.

you will have to contact a ford dealer (and most likely be fleeced). Look in your owners manual, a lot of car manufacturers put the code on a slip in baggey that comes with a new car.
