Ticking noise in rear drum brakes on fast stopping and downhill

So my friend brought me her 626, it recently had shoes replaced. Everything looks like it was done very meticulously and well. It looks extremely clean. Wheel cylinder is not leaking and is moving freely. The adjuster looks great and also is moving freely. So I can't figure out what else may be causing this clicking noise on fast braking and breaking downhill. It doesn't make the noise fast braking uphill thought. The rear struts are making noise but the mounts are fine, so it isn't coming from there, and there are new connector links. Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks
