I Replace The Blower Relay And Blower Fan Switch,and Still The Problem,no High Fan.thank!

Welcome to the forum!
What year, make and model of car is this on? Do you have voltage to the high speed relay coil? Have you checked the fuses? I assume since you are only concerned here with the high speed that the lower speeds work properly. -Rod
