Pioneer FH-P8000BT: Does it remember the song from external HD?

I called Pioneer, and they couldn't give me a straight answer. If you play a song from USB external HD (or flash drive) and turn off the car, will it start from the same song when you turn it back on?

What do you guys otherwise think of the quality? Does it work with T-mobile Dash PDA? I was also looking at the Kenwood double-din for the same price, but it doesn't have the bluetooth, only has 4 channels (I have a sub) and it doesn't look great.

For future info, it seems that it does remember the location. I corresponded with several people and they say that at least from flash drives, it does remember the exact spot.
