I to am not a fan of the supra. Big and heavy.
Something about this thread as I read it though just struck me funny. Why are you comparing a car with Nos against one without? Just asking. If you go on about well the supra is turbo charged, too bad would be my answer to that because that is how it came factory. Don't get me wrong I am not flaming you, but I think a more realistic comparison would have been in order. Remove the nos shit and then make a viable comparison. Though things may not change at least it would a more justifiable comparison. Besides the Veilside supra is not the baddest out there. Jun's is not slouch either and has proven that over time. Now here is a comparison for you to do since you seem to be hacking on the supra (cool) but lets wait for HKS to finish theirs off. Now that would be an interesting one to say the least as it will not be some slow 1000 hp one. With the list I have seen it will be closer to 1,600 hp without Nos. But in the mean time. I will take the Vette. That is unless you want to go against the Godzilla

or how about we throw in the callaway sledgehammer
 even the jun supras topspeed racer couldnt break the callaways 254.7 MPH topend, i'm not positive on the rules, but i'm pretty sure the cars need to be streetable to take the record from callaway (which correct me if i'm wrong but his 254 mph run was even done on pump gas) turbo cars, or at least large turbo ones, will have lag. coming out of a turn if the supra wasnt spooled he wont have the power to come out of the turn as fast, or if he spools mid turn hes likely to spinout. i'd give the track to the supra simply because like someone said, you cant spray the Z06 the entire track, a 10# bottle would be dry in ~1 min so it wouldnt really be worth it to even have the bottle in the car. if you were comparing say lingenfelters stage 2 it would be a good race, or the similarly HP'd 427TT I'd have to give it to the vette.

, i got 4 words... Z-0-F*****G-6 i wonder if the guy in the supra could make out the back of the vette driver's head? my biased opinion may not matter until you concider the fact that i love supras more thn anything (except the Z06)... come on, LOOK AT IT!!! it LOOKS like it would swallow the Supra, the hennessey Z06 guy is my new hero!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
