95 caprice for sale?

thinking about selling my 95 caprice 4.3L V8 with 105,000 miles and getting a 96 caddy fleetwood with a 5.7 and 91,000 miles. anyone know anything about fleetwoods. what are likely problems they have or how long they could stay alive because i know my caprice could keep rollin over 200,000 miles. guy is askin 4,500 for the caddy and it is very very clean but have not driven it yet. is it rear wheel drive? 4l60e? if anyone knows anything about it lemme know. thanks

I also looked at a 96 Fleetwood a while ago.
94 - 96 Feetwood caddys all have the LT1 engines.
From what i have read online, they are pretty dependable and can go the distance. They do also have the opti-spark systems which can be costly to replace if you have problems with them.
They also have traction control, which if you are not used to can be distracting. The gas pedal will feel like it is pushing back at you if you get on the throttle to hard.
To bypass the traction control, hit the switch in the glove box and lite up those rear tires..

The fleetwood is just a b-body stretch 13" overall I think 7" of it is in the wheelbase. VERY much the same car you already have mechanically. Biggest mechanicaldifference is probably the 4 channel ABS which makes gear ratio changes cheaper.

anyone know how much power they have, the one im lookin at is a 96 fleetwood brougham. i figure i can sell my 95 caprice for around 2 thousand and then i would only have to put down another 2 thousand to get the caddy which looks amazing.

kinda figured, its disappointing to see that some caddy's even the new ones now like the deville with the northstars are front wheel drive, o well.
