1987 Buick Century problems

I have 1987 Buick Century and am having problems getting it started. If I unplug the map sensor it will run. I just replaced the throttle position sensor and it still won't start with the map sensor plugged in.

I did get the following codes:
21
34
42

Can anyone give me some input.
