95 Buick PA park/turn signal Lights

How do I get to the front park/turn signal lights so I can change a burned out bulb? My Buick manual shows how to get to the REAR bulbs but there is NOTHING in it about how to get to the FRONT bulbs!!! (ADMIN: I like the little "running around in circles" smilie. That is EXACTLY how I feel!!!)
