00 Century headlights acting weird

I recently just did a service (spark plugs, spark plug wires, coolant flush) on a 2000 Buick Century. I disconnected the battery terminals but when I was done and connected the battery, the headlights are acting really weird. When the headlight switch is pushed all the way in , the headlights are on bright. When I put the knob in the middle, they shut off. When I pull the knob all the way out, the headlights are on bright. Also, the signals dont seem to work. I didnt pull any fuses, bulbs, etc, and they were working before I disconnected the battery. Do I have to do some kind of computer reset or something? Help!!
