I have just recently gotten my AC compressor replaced and refilled because when my AC was on in my Ford Taurus 1994 the radiator far was my engaging unless to AC clutch disengaged, and when ever the fan turned on and the clutch disengaged the AC would blow hot air, well anyhow the attempt wasnt sucessful and the fan is still interferring with the AC and now the car is spewing out all of my water of or my radiator as soon as i turn the car off, yet my temp gauge read normal everytime this happens, didnt appear to be overheating... Is this ac and overheating problem caused by the temp sensor, or a clogged radiator or a bad fan?? The fan should run alot more than it is i should think, and the gauge inside my cluster should read hot if the car was overheating, and the clutch shouldnt cut off as the far cuts in shutting off my AC.. Whats the deal???

I would agree that is serious business. I would talk to the dealership about it. If it is getting hot enough to spew out all of the coolant than you are asking for trouble. You risk cracking your head, your block, or both. The overheating can be caused by many things. Bad head gasket, bad thermostat, bad temp sensor, bad water pump, and the gauge could even be reporting the wrong temp. The list goes on; get it checked fast before you have white smoke bellowing from your exhaust.
As for the fan and A/C issue, I could be related to the overheating. |

i have to admit i am not a huge ford fan...
although my father has an explorer and i gave that sucker a beating for many years and it has served me well... but that is serious and i would have it taken care of asap, and blame the dealership ... ... if you can convince them it was from back service they might fix it free... ya never know
