**'01 fuel filter Question ??????

Hey I have a '01 1.6L Accent. I want to change the fuel filter. I was told it is under the rear seat. Question I have is taking off the rear seat. I noticed the 2 tabs in the front of the seat that you push and it pops up but won't remove and doesn't go that far up , at least not enough to work on it. 2nd question is I am guessing you have to pop open that black plastic piece in the middle under the seat to gain access to the fuel pump and filter, is that right? Can you just pry it up with a screw driver or something?
thanks in advance......

There's going to be 2 bolts between the seat bottom and the seat back that you will need to remove to take the seat bottom out. I don't think there is anything holding the access covers on. Prying them out should work just fine.
