Well since I'm the one you decided was a "dumbass" and got your panties twisted I guess I'll reply. This is the first time I've logged onto this site since I told you to search so I'm coming in a little late but oh well.

Squirt the cylinders full of WD40 and turn the crank as stated earlier to check for a seized motor. This wont tell you if its good or bad but it will let you know if its locked up or not.
