supercharger questions

I am designing a custom supercharger for my car and I have some questions. I plan to use either dual Eaton m62 twin screws or the paxton Novi1000 centrifugal. which one would be easier to configure relative to the chrysler 3.5 engine? Secondly, would I need to get forged pistons, rods, rings etc? Can you run a shaft with pulleys on the ends from the front of the engine to the back? Lastly, what do you do with rubber lines that go from the intake plenum and the block to the stock intake tubes, do you attach them to the new intake pipes or can they just sit disconnected? I will try to put pictures up if it helps. If I can't, then you can just look up the chrysler 3.5 that goes in the eagle visions. thanks.
