Well is really simple: I do a scan of the open box (cutted corners) and print 24 times smaller on photo hi-weight paper with a Canon Pixma 6600 at 9600x2400 dpi, so the resolution is enough also for this small size, than I wrap around a little small block of expanded PVC (Forex) that's easy to work compared compact stirene

Hi, can you please send me the scan? I have the same kit now, but there is tape around the lower third of the box to seal it. I would like to have a model of the box without that

i can only say it's impossible for me to go to this level of detailing, just can't do it.

i can only take my hats off for such feat...and i'll look deep inside me, to see if there's anything inside me that can do something like this!
