heating problem please help(it's getting cold outside

I have a 1997 Caravan and i can't get the circulating air to work on the heater. Please help

Need more info , is the blower actually working ? Is the blower working and the air is cold ???

the motor is working but it won't change the direction

you should try to reset the hvac controlls. If that dont work i think you have a blend door problum. I have a 97 gv and am having heat problums myself! However no one seems to have any answers.

Heating Ventalition and Air Conditioning and the blend door is what selects hot or cold air or a mixture of the two its controlled by the temp select slider on the dash. Also there is another door in the hvac system called the mode door that is what changes where the air comes out of on the dash if you give me your email I can email you a diagram of what it looks like.
