1995 geo metro lsi 1.3 L

no power up hill can only go 2 mph.
check compression 150 psi 1,2,3 and 145 psi #4
also check code 23 and 31 map problem and temp sensor for air inlet
help?

I don't understand, do you have those codes popping up when checking for codes or is that what you think it may be? The MAP will cause this issue if it's bad.
