1991 regal gs

i tried to replace strut cartlidge in my 1991 regal-but i turned the steering wheel and coil spring popped out--what tools and proper installation procedure i need to put it back in thanks?

if you had the tools to remove it then a spring compressor is the only extra tool you'll need to put it back together.
