To High Fuel Pressure

I Have A 1997 Mitsubish Eclipse Gst 2.0 Turbo, The Fuel Pressure Is Suppose To Be 33psi With Vacume Regulater Connected, And Disconted 42-45 Psi.the Problem Is With It Connected I Have Areading Of 48psi With Unpluged 52psi.the Fist Thing I Replace Was The Fuel Presurre Regulator And No Change So I Bought Anthor One From A Differnt Parts Store No Change,so Then Replaced Fuel Pump No Change,then Check For Blockage In Return Hose And High Pressure Hose,no Blockage Then Check Voltage At Fuel Pump To See If It Was A Over Voltage Problem But Iam Getting A 12 Volt Singal To .12.5 Volts.that Being Said The Problem The Car Has It Has No Power Till It Hit 5000rpms.the Plugs Are Burning Black Wich Is A Sign Of To Rich And There Is Where The Fuel Problem Came In.i Have Check Timing Wich Is Good, Checked Mass Air Flow,also Coolant Temp,i Have Replace Map Sensor.so If Any Body Has Had A Problem Like This One With The Fuel Pressure Please Help Me.i Can Not Diagnose Any Other Problems With This Car Till I Can Fix The Fuel Pressure.if You Have A Sollution U Can Emaile It To Me At [email protected]. Thank You!!!!!!

Your keyboard is broken, it's capitalizing the first letter of every word.

Pull the line of the output of the fuel pressure regulator, get 4-6 feet of appropriately sized line, stick one end on the regulator and the other in a gas jug. See what pressure is then. This will rule out (or point towards) everything in the return line part of the system all the way to the tank.
