Painting Bonnet on Tamiya R32

Hi guys,
Just a quick question, Im building the Skyline R32 kit from Tamiya with the clear bonnet and was wondering the best way to paint the bonnet. Is it best to apply paint to the inner half or apply to the outer of the clear plastic.

Re: Painting Bonnet on Tamiya R32

Do it exactly the way you paint the rest of body.

To have a consistent color and a solid looking model you have to primer both sides of the hood and the body with the same primer. This is especially true with Tamiya Sprays because they do not have strong pigment. Use white primer under brighter colors like white, orange, red and yellow. Use a grey primer under darker colors.
