4t65e Hard shifts, No codes set!
I have a 2001 Bonneville Supercharged with 4t65e-HD (MN7). It is currently up-shifting hard. No DTC's set! It also does it when its cold as well as warm. I just purchased my first scanner and I am able to change the PCS current values (0-1A). When I play with the settings and connect a pressure gauge, the PCS seems do what it is supposed to. I can graph the PCS on my scanner, but I really don't know what to look for. As far as I can tell, It is at max line pressure (0A) when in park, and jumps when put in gear (I still haven't driven it around with the scanner connected yet to get more readings). When they say it defaults to max line pressure if the packs are wearing does that mean it will be maxed out all the time, or just when it shifts? What does the line pressure have to be in park? Can anyone tell me what my problem could be or give me some info on what to look for on my scanner-possibly OTHER trans values that come up on my scanner that could tell me something?

Re: 4t65e Hard shifts, No codes set!
You also need to check the transmission mount behind the radiator. It is an oil filled mount and goes out a lot on these cars. Have someone get in the car and put it in drive with the parking brake set. With the hood open watch the motor and have them give the gas pedal a tap. If the motor looks like it wants to roll over and jump out of the car, then the mount is bad. Some have gone to a more rigid mount that does add a little more vibration to the cars feel, but it is not that bad. Here is a picture of what I am talking about, this is with my modified mount:
