Horn Relay - 1993 C2500

Hi everyone...

Where would I find the horn relay for a '93 w/454 motor? I didn't see it on the firewall, passenger side.

Also, other than the horn relay, what might case the horn not to function? (besides the loose nut behind the wheel, of course

)
