Just when we have enough distractions while driving including but not limited to cell phone use, texting, eating/ kids in the backseat, etc, now we have to worry about those surfing the 'net while driving . They say it's for passenger use, yeah right, it won't be long before the drivers get involved too.
I can see it now, D.W.S. ( driving while surfing,) or D.W.P.(driving while porn)
Maybe it can be a useful tool as members can diagnose their vehicles' issues on AF while in the car .

Just another gimmick to sell cars. Chrysler must really be hurting.

I can do without Internet access while I am mobile. Thats where I go to get away from it all and I don't need any more distractions. Bad enough with the crazy drivers on the road.

As usual nothing is free. If you look closer at the article there will probably be a charge for it and then an annual or monthly subscription fee. It will be just like GM's Onstar program. No one I know ever renewed their subscriptions.
