Do any of you feel or think that an auto performamnce shop can swap a camaro ls1 engine in my 98 chevy lumina and if so what exactly do you think it would take ? and how much would a engine swap like this cost ? thank you in advance for any and all information.

Re: 96 z28 engine /98 Lumina swap
Even if you could overcome the electronic/logistics/fitment issues, the torque of the v-8 would destroy your FWD transaxle, it would cost more than the car is worth to convert it to RWD. It would be cheaper to sell your Lumina and buy a Camaro.
