2002 impala 3.8L rear plugs

I've looked everywhere to try to find some information on how to change the rear spark plugs on my 2002 impala LS. Could someone please walk me through the steps of this procedure?? I was wondering if they're accessible from underneath the car without having to tilt the motor? I would like to work on it sometime today, any info would be great. Thanks!

You can do it without tilting the motor from above... however, you need to be very good with your hands, and must be able to feel for things without seeing them.. otherwise, tilting the motor forward is the easiest way to go.
