Exclamation 96 pathfinder won't start

My stepdaughters 1996 pathfinder will not start. pulled the starter and the battery and both bench checked good. Reinstalled them and the vehicle started back up. this worked for about three days when it would not start again(same exact spot it happened before that parking lot must be cursed) was wondering if it could have anything to do with the factory installed security system. Any help would be extremly helpful

Re: 96 pathfinder won't start

IF the starter is worn out, it will keep doing just that. Removing it and bench testing (actually getting banged around) loosens up the solenoid sleeve on the shaft.
