hot outside , not cold inside

I have a 1995 aurora and at the end of last summer the ac compressor was changed out along with an orifice valve. I am not sure about the drier. anyway it really worked well after it was put on but now it is barely cool. I added freon but it will not get cold, just cool going down interstate not idling. Please help me know what I need to do. you are probably aware it is the wrong time of year not to have an ac that does not put out.

You can always buy some A/C die to put in the lines and check for a leak. You put R-134A in the car right?
