2004 Sebring Limited won't start!!!

Hi all, I am new to this forum and this is for my girlfriends car, but as stated it wont start. It turns over fine and has fulll tank of gas but when you turn the key to on it doesn't move the needle for the fuel guage at all and it just cranks and doesn't start. I have looked at the fuses as much as I can and don't see anything bad. I also disconnected the battery to reset the computer and nothing!
