2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Wiper Stop Position

My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 wipers stop at mid point in the windshield instead down near hood.

When on delay mode the wiper stop delay is also at the same mid-windshield stop position instead of near hood.

Does anyone know how to adjust this or what controls the "stop" position of the wiper motor?

Motor and Delay work fine it is just the stop position that is off.

neva had that promblem. when u turn ur ac on low or high have you ever had a resistor promblem or blower makes noise

let me know anyone i have 2 trucks doing the same thing, one the delay does work , the other it does not
