4channel amp help
i just bought a 4channel jl audio amp,
i know how to hook up a mono block to subs but this will be my first time hooking up a 4 channel, ok well i will be running 4 6 by nines through it and 4 tweeters, is there anything i should know before hooking up? would it be best to run higher gauge speaker wire through the car for best power efficiency? and do i just wire the tweeters in the same jacks as the speakers? i really have no clue how to do it so any help would be greatly appreciated |

Re: 4channel amp help
why the extra tweeters ?
You can use 14 Ga speaker wire and all will be right. The tweeters will need some type of crossover on them or they will blow quite quickly. |

Re: 4channel amp help
ditch the 6x9 plan and either get 1 set of component and run them active or get 2 sets and run them passive.
